About me

A passionate and driven engineer/manager, with a unique ability to find root causes and creative solutions. I always look for ways how to do something smarter and better.

My experience with 3D printing started 15 years ago, performing my master thesis on Selective Laser Melting with renowned Prof. J.-P. Kruth. For the last 7 years I worked for Materialise as Production Manager and Process Engineering Manager. I made sure the 35% growth rate year after year was achieved in a lean way, increasing the quality, decreasing the costs, and expanding the portfolio. By managing thousands of AM projects and a lot of hands-on experience with the technology I gained a unique expertise that I now want to share with the industry in order to let 3D printing flourish!
